("CLA" or the "Company")

Annual Report Published and Results of Meeting

The Company announces that it has today published its annual report to shareholders.

Furthermore at the meeting of members today, the sole special resolution was passed. The special resolution enables on market buy back purchases of shares in the Company at a price of 20.5p.  Shareholders should be advised that as of the date of this announcement that Avation PLC has advised that it has an interest in the voting rights of CLA amounting to 95.2 per cent.
