                                Treasury Shares


The Company has today purchased 975,000 ordinary shares at a price of 22.5p per
ordinary share to be held as Treasury Shares under the authority granted by
shareholders at its last Annual General Meeting.

The Company now holds a total of 1,500,618 ordinary shares as Treasury Shares
out of a total issued share capital of 24,793,190. The Total Voting Rights of
the Company are now 23,292,572 ordinary shares and this number should be used to
determine any announceable holdings under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
