In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, IS
Solutions plc  would like to notify the market of the following:



IS Solutions issued share capital comprises 24,793,190 shares of  2p each. The
Company holds 436,308 shares as Treasury Shares. There are no other non voting
shares.



The total number of voting rights in 24,793,190 shares is therefore 24,356,882.



The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, IS Solutions under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
