Purchase of own shares


The Company purchased 800,000 ordinary shares on 16 November 2004 at a price of
12.5p per share for holding as treasury shares. The shares were acquired from
Michael de Smith, a former non-executive director of the Company, whose
resultant holding is 200,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.80 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
