In accordance with section 198 - 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended,
the company was notified by Fidelity Investment Services Limited that it has
an interest in 1,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.05 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the company. The shares are registered in the name of
Clydesdale Bank (Head Office) Nominees Limited.
