DISCLOSABLE INTEREST

In  accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
(as amended).  The Canada Life Group notified the company
on  the 3 July 2000 that it has a beneficial interest  in
820,000 ordinary shares representing 3.3 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the company.
