I S Solutions plc
Annual General Meeting Trading Statement
The following is the text of a statement made by Barrie
Clark, Chairman of I S Solutions plc at today's Annual
General Meeting
'I am pleased to advise shareholders that trading for the
year to date has been in line with the Board's
expectations and in both the UK and USA we have strong
order books with an emphasis on larger and technically
complex services and solutions. The integration of our
AXL acquisition is proceeding and the move of the Sunbury
based activities to our new premises is scheduled to be
phased over the next two months in order to avoid
disruption.
The company's shares commenced trading on the Official
List of the London Stock Exchange on 17 May 2000 which we
believe is a step forward for the Company and testament
to the progress that has been achieved since our
flotation in 1997.
The Board views the future with optimism.'
