                            Resignation of Chairman


David Gray has today, for personal reasons, tendered his resignation as chairman
and as a director of Cubus Lux Plc.   Guy Ravid, a non executive director of the
company, has agreed to act as chairman of the company until a replacement with
appropriate experience can be found.    The board would like to thank David for
all his invaluable advice during his time as chairman of the company.
