Further to the announcement on 19 July 2005, Cubus announces that the sale of
Moshe Har Adir's shares has now completed.



In addition to the share purchases by Gerhard Huber and Michael Janssen, Guy
Ravid, non-executive director, purchased 200,000 from Mr Har Adir.



The interests of the directors of the Company are now as follows:
