The Company has today published a circular to shareholders in connection with the recommended proposals for the voluntary liquidation of the Company and the cancellation of admission of the Company's shares to listing on the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "Circular").

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Expected timetable

Closing of the Company's register and Record Date for participation in liquidation distributions	6.00 p.m. on 10 December 2013
Suspension of the listing of the Shares	7.30 a.m. on 11 December 2013
Extraordinary General Meeting and, if approved, the appointment of the Joint Liquidators	11.00 a.m. on 11 December 2013
Announcement of the result of the Extraordinary General Meeting	11 December 2013
Cancellation of the Company's authorisation by the Commission as an authorised closed-ended collective investment scheme	11 December 2013
Cancellation of the listing of the Shares	8.00 a.m. on 12 December 2013
