Grant of Options under 2019 SAYE Scheme

 

finnCap Group Plc (AIM: FCAP), announces the grant of options to employees under its Savings-Related Share Option Scheme for 2019 ("the Scheme").  Full details are set out in the Company's AIM Admission Document.

Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over finnCap's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") with an exercise price of 23p, which represents a 17.86% discount to the closing middle market price of 28p per Share on 5th December 2018, being the trading day before the invitation for employees to participate was made. The options are exercisable for a period of 6 months from 3rd January 2022.

A total of 29 employees elected to participate in the Scheme, and pursuant to these elections, options over a total of 935,207 Shares have been granted representing 0.6% of the Company's current issued share capital. No options have been granted to any individuals who are regarded as Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.
