                         SMALL SUBSCRIPTION

AIM listed Milestone announces a small subscription to raise £16,500
(before expenses) through the issue of 916,669 new ordinary shares of
0.1 pence in the capital of the Company (the "Subscription Shares").

The Company has received and accepted irrevocable applications for
Subscription Shares at a price of 1.8 pence per share from the
following parties (collectively the "Subscription"):

This Subscription is intended to contribute to the immediate working
capital purposes of the Company.

The Company will be making application for the Subscription Shares to
be admitted to trading on AIM with admission anticipated on or around
28 April 2009.

Milestone further announces that it has agreed the subscription for
1,111,111 new ordinary shares by Ultra Green Capital Limited
announced on 18 March 2009 will no longer proceed at the current
time.

The Subscription Shares, when fully paid and issued, will rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of Milestone.
Post-admission, the Subscription Shares in aggregate will constitute
1.20 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of Milestone of
76,263,573 ordinary shares (excluding deferred shares which have no
rights attached to them).

So far as the Company is aware and subject to any new notifications
received, the following persons will have a notifiable interest in
the issued share capital of Milestone post-Subscription:
