'Milestone' or the 'Company'

SUBSCRIPTION

The Company announces a small subscription to raise £60,000 (before expenses) through the issue of 4,999,999 new Milestone Ordinary Shares at a subscription price of 1.2p.

The Company has agreed to issue new Ordinary Shares to the following parties:

Brewen Nominees Limited - 4,166,666 Ordinary Shares

Hornbuckle Mitchell Trustees Limited - 833,333 Ordinary Shares

The Company will be making application for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with admission anticipated on 8 October 2008. The shares will rank pari passu with all existing 0.1p Ordinary Shares of the Company. Post-admission the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 57,890,318 (excluding deferred shares which have no rights attached to them).

Subject to any other notifications received by the Company, the following persons will have a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of Milestone post-admission:
