Directorate Change and appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Milestone, the AIM quoted (AIM: MSG) provider of digital media and technology solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrick Vigors as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Patrick joins Milestone's management team with immediate effect. He is not being appointed as a director of the Company.

Patrick is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced CFO with over 30 years' experience of working with a range of companies from large corporates to entrepreneurial companies.

Jim Brown, who joined the Board as Group Finance Director in 2012, has resigned with immediate effect. During Jim's time at Milestone, the Company has been through an extensive phase of development and expansion so is now well positioned for growth. As a result, the Company requires a more full-time finance department and so Jim has decided to step down and concentrate his efforts on his other business interests.

The Board would like to thank Jim for all his efforts over the last 3 years and wish him every success in the future.
