NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it has received
notification that, on 21 September 2007, Landfinance Limited disposed of the
7,803,906 ordinary shares of the Company which had previously been held on their
behalf by HSBC Global Custody Nominee UK Limited. As a result of this
transaction, Landfinance Limited and their nominees no longer hold a notifiable
interest in the shareholding of the Company.
