NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES


AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received
notification on 25 September 2007 that, following an acquisition of shares on 21
September 2007, KBC Peel Hunt Limited hold 7,891,179 ordinary shares of the
Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 28.6 per cent of the
Company's total issued share capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
