                      NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

Milestone announces it received notification on 19 March 2007 from Aerion Fund 
Management Limited that National Grid UK Pension Scheme is the beneficial 
owner, through Stargas Nominees Limited, of 1,150,000 ordinary shares of the 
Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 4.2 per of the 
Company's total issued share capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
