                   Notification of major interests in shares


The Company received notification on 30 November 2004 from Landfinance Limited,

a British Virgin Islands company, informing it that following a purchase of a

further 548,906 ordinary shares on 29 November 2004, they have a notifiable

interest in 3,688,906 ordinary shares representing 16.69 per cent. of the total

issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The current issued share capital

of the company is 22,105,095 shares.
