NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES


AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received 
notification on 27 November 2007 that, following transactions on 26 November 
2007, J M Finn Nominees Limited hold 7,746,698 ordinary shares of the Company 
representing a notifiable interest in approximately 28.06 per cent of the 
Company's total issued share capital.

The Company also announces it has received notification that on 26 November 
2007 Elliott International L.P. disposed of the 6,280,413 ordinary shares of 
the Company which had been held on their behalf by Credit Suisse Client 
Nominees (UK) Limited. The Company further announces it has received 
notification that on 26 November 2007 Elliott Associates L.P. disposed of the 
1,466,285 ordinary shares of the Company which had been held on their behalf 
by Chetwynd Nominees Limited. As a result of these transactions, Elliott 
International L.P. and Elliott Associates L.P. and their nominees 
no longer hold a notifiable interest in the shareholding of the Company.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
