NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received 
notification on 23 November 2007 that, as at 22 November 2007, Prism Nominees 
Limited hold 6,800,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing a notifiable 
interest in approximately 24.6 per cent of the Company's total issued share 
capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
