                   NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company received notification on 3 October 2006 from Landfinance Limited, a
British  Virgin Islands company, informing it that following a purchase of a
further 1,500,000 ordinary  shares on 2 October 2006, they have a notifiable
interest in 7,803,906 ordinary shares  representing 28.27 per cent. of the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The  current issued share capital
of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
