NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received
notification on 24 October 2007 that, following transactions on 18 October and
19 October 2007, Prism Nominees Limited hold 2,500,000 ordinary shares of the
Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 9.1 per cent of the
Company's total issued share capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
