NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received 
notification on 11 October 2007 that, following transactions on 9 October 2007 
and 10 October 2007, KBC Peel Hunt Limited no longer hold a notifiable interest 
in the Company.

The Company also announces it has received notification that, following a 
transaction on 10 October 2007, Mr Antonio Di Natale no longer holds a 
notifiable interest in the Company.
