NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received
notification on 10 April 2007 that Winterflood Securities Limited Acct Windscrep
have acquired 1,700,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing a notifiable
interest in approximately 6.3 per cent of the Company's total issued share
capital. The Company also received notification that, following this
transaction, GM Trustees Limited and Dunlaw Nominees Limited no longer hold
a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
