                   NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES


The Company received notification on 30 August 2006 that, following a purchase
of shares on 30 August 2006, AIM  Realisation Fund Limited is beneficially
interested in 2,320,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing a total 8.4
per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. The shares have
been registered in the name of  Forest Nominees Limited.
