                    NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received
notification on 2 October 2007 that, following transactions on 28 September 2007
and 1 October 2007, KBC Peel Hunt Limited now hold 1,956,517 ordinary shares of
the Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 7.09 per cent of
the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company also announces it has received notification that, following
transactions on 24, 25, 27 and 28 September 2007, Mr Antonio Di Natale now holds
1,200,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing a notifiable interest in
approximately 4.35 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
