NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received 
notification on 28 September 2007 that, following a transaction on 27 September 
2007, KBC Peel Hunt Limited now hold 7,549,817 ordinary shares of the Company 
representing a notifiable interest in approximately 27.35 per cent of the 
Company's total issued share capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
