                                    DISPOSAL

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC (the 'Company') announces it has today completed
the disposal of Tri Media Publishing Limited. The full terms of the disposal are
as per the announcement made to the London Stock Exchange by the Company on 29
August 2006.

Chief Executive, Andy Craig, said:

'This transaction completes the process of disposing of Milestone's radio and
publishing operations which, in the current financial year, has successfully
raised £3.75 million in aggregate proceeds for the Company. The Board is now
focused on completing its review of future strategy with a view to obtaining
maximum value for Shareholders.'
