                                 Board Changes

Milestone Group Plc announces the resignation of Publishing director Tom
McGowran with immediate effect from both its Main board and its Publishing
Division. In these challenging times, Mr McGowran has decided to look at other
opportunities and the Board of Directors thanks him for his efforts and
contributions.

Milestone will be announcing its interim results for the six month period to
31st March 2005 on 27 June 2005.
