Directorate change

Milestone  Group PLC  ("Milestone" or  the "Company"),  the AIM quoted (AIM:MSG)
provider  of digital media and technology  solutions, is pleased to announce the
appointment of David Hill to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

After  graduating from the University of  Birmingham with a Bachelor of Commerce
in  Accounting  &  Finance,  David  joined  Price  Waterhouse principally in the
Corporate Recovery team before changing direction and moving to the City.

Since  then he  has spent  over 15 years  in Investment  Banking with Nomura and
Deutsche Bank before moving into Asset Management where he was most recently the
Fixed  Income COO for Aberdeen  Asset Management ("AAM"). David  was a member of
AAM's  risk management  committee, a  fiduciary company  director of various AAM
subsidiary entities and was registered and regulated by the FSA.

Mr  Hill  has  an  interest  over  1,000,000 shares  in the Company representing
approximately  0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and warrants
to  subscribe  for  a  further  1,000,000 shares  details  of  the terms of such
warrants are set out in the announcement released earlier today.
