DIRECTOR CHANGE

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('Milestone' or the 'Company') announces that
part time Finance Director, Brian Chester, and non executive director, Andy
Craig, have both resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

The Company is currently in the process of appointing a replacement Finance
Director and intends to make an announcement shortly. In the short term,
Milestone's non executive Chairman, John Sanderson, has taken over these
responsibilities.

John Sanderson, Chairman, said:

'The Board is grateful to Andy for his work for the Company initially as Chief
Executive and more recently as a non executive and to Brian for his hard work as
Finance Director over the past five years. It was always intended that both Andy
and Brian would stand down from the Board once the Company had concluded its
review of strategy and, having now completed this process, it is natural that
they have chosen to move on. Both Andy and Brian's enthusiasm and commitment to
Milestone are well recorded and I take this opportunity to wish them both the
very best for the future.'

The current Board of Milestone comprises non executive Chairman, John Sanderson,
and non executive directors Jamie Bloom and Deborah White. Brian Chester has
undertaken to provide a smooth handover to the new Finance Director, once
appointed.
