Cambridge Antibody Technology Group plc (LSE: CAT; NASDAQ: CATG) announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 10,217,983 new ordinary shares in relation to AstraZeneca's subscription to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective and dealings in them will commence on 17 December 2004 and not on 21 December 2004 as set out in the listing particulars dated 26 November 2004.
