CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd (the "Company") was informed today that, on 20 May 2011, Anthony Taylor acquired 100,000 new C-shares (CATC.L) at a price of $1.00 per C-Share.  The new C shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr Taylor has an interest of 210,000 shares, representing 0.099 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
