Cambridge Antibody Technology Group plc today announces that two copies of its
Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 September 2005 will
be placed at the Financial Services Authority's document viewing facility at 25
The North Colonnade Canary Wharf London E14 5HS together with two copies of its
Notice of Annual General Meeting including special resolutions which will be put
to shareholders on the 3 February 2006.
