The Company was notified yesterday that Gartmore Investment Limited has increased 
its interest to 91,504,492 ordinary shares of 1p each in Catalyst, representing 
12.81% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.  Of this shareholding, 
4.533% of the shares are registered under The Alphagen Volantis Fund Limited and 
4.020% are registered under Gartmore Fund Managers Limited a/c Gartmore UK & 
Irish Smaller Companies.
