The Company was notified yesterday, that Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited 
has increased its interest to 44,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Catalyst, 
representing 7.047% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.  The 
shares are registered under Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
