The Company received notification from Marshall Wace LLP on Friday, 16 March
2007, that The Eureka Interactive Fund Limited sold 150,000,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to The Eureka (Euro) Fund Limited.
Following this sale, The Eureka Interactive Fund Limited no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Company and The Eureka (Euro) Fund Limited is
interested in 171,257,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 23.98 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
