Catalyst Media announces that it was notified on 26 November 2004 that following
the purchase of 15,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the
Company ('Shares') on 15 November 2004, Gartmore Investment Management Limited
has an interest in 21,662,119 Shares, representing 13.3 per cent of the Shares
in issue.
