In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company was informed today by
North Atlantic Value LLP that following an acquisition of shares on 10 October
2007 it holds 313,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares'), representing 11.14 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
