Catalyst was notified today by Canada Life Limited, that following the recent 
issue of new equity the Canada Life Group of Companies is now interested in 
34,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), 
representing 4.87% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The beneficial owners of the Ordinary Shares are as follows:
