The Company was notified yesterday that, following the acquisition of 22,336,557
ordinary shares of 1p each in Catalyst ('Ordinary Shares') on 31 August 2005,
UBS AG is now interested in 29,164,311 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.67% of
the current issued share capital of the Company, as enlarged by the acquisition
of Alternateport Limited which completed today.

The shares are held in the name UBS AG London Branch.
