          Catalyst Media Group plc ('Catalyst Media' or 'the Company')

                                Holding in Company

The Company has received notification from Banklawn Limited ('Banklawn') that
following the sale of 750,000 Ordinary  Shares, at an average price of 10.13
pence per share, Banklawn's total holding in Catalyst Media is now 6,700,923 
Ordinary Shares, representing 4.77 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
