          Catalyst Media Group plc ('Catalyst Media' or 'the Company')

                               Holding in Company

The Company has today received notification that, following the disposal of his
entire holding on 16 August 2004, Christian Candy no longer has a notifiable
interest in the issued share capital of Catalyst Media.

The Company has also received notification that Banklawn Ltd, of which Christian
Candy has a 50% shareholding, acquired 9,400,923 Ordinary Shares at a price of
16p per share on 16 August 2004.

Banklawn Ltd's total holding in Catalyst Media is now 9,400,923 Ordinary Shares,
representing 6.69% of the total shares in issue.
