The Company was informed on 29 May 2003 that following the purchase of 150,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') on 28 May 2003, Mr. Paul Curtis is interested in 2,225,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 3.21 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
