Further re: Dividend

Further to the announcement of the final results for the year ended 30 June 2012, made this morning, the Board of Catalyst Media Group ("CMG") announces that the dividend of 7 pence per share which will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of CMG plc to be held on 28th September 2012, will be payable on 12th October 2012 to those shareholders on the Register of Members as at 14th September 2012.
