Catalyst Media Group Plc ('Catalyst Media Group' or the 'Company')

                                    Disposal

Catalyst Media Group is pleased to announce that today it has completed the
disposal of Newsplayer Group Inc ('NPG'), the Company's on-line portal for
sourcing stock footage from multiple libraries, to Dominic Propati, the US
director of NPG. The consideration payable to Catalyst Media Group in connection
with the disposal is US$325,000. This completes Catalyst's disposal of all its
previously held businesses in the United States, save for certain residual
income receivable by the Company in respect of a prior disposal.

In the 17 month period ended 31 March 2006 NPG recorded a loss before tax of
£157,994 on turnover of £245,738 and had net assets of £29,712 as at that date.
