                               Directorate Change

The Board of CMG announces that Mr Paul Duffen is stepping down as Chief
Executive Officer with immediate effect to pursue his private interests. He has
also resigned from the Board of CMG and from all associated companies. Michael
Rosenberg, the chairman of CMG, will take on the role of executive chairman,
also with immediate effect.

Paul was a co-founder of the business and has served CMG for over seven years.
The Board would like to record their thanks for his past contribution, and wish
him well in his future endeavours.
