                              Director Declaration

Catalyst Media was notified yesterday that following the purchase of 250,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 30 August 2005,
Michael Rosenberg is now interested in 270,000 Ordinary Shares representing
0.14% of the current issued ordinary share capital.

170,000 of these Ordinary Shares are held by the trustees of the Eastkings
Retirement Benefit Scheme of which Michael Rosenberg is the principal
beneficiary. The remaining 100,000 Ordinary Shares are held directly by Michael
Rosenberg. All the Ordinary Shares are registered under Pershing Nominees.
