                                 Board Changes

CMG announces that Barry Llewellyn has stepped down as a Director of the Company
with effect from 27 October 2005 in order to pursue other business interests.

Paul Duffen, Chief Executive, commented 'I would like to record my sincere
thanks to Barry for his service on the Board over the past 6 years. He was a
co-founder of the Company and the architect of the original Newsplayer concept
which evolved into the current Group. We wish him well for the future.'
