                               Additional Listing



Further to the announcements made on 2nd February 2004 and 11th February 2004 in
respect of a placing of new shares, the Company has applied to the London Stock
Exchange for a total of 13,096,191 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each to be admitted
to trading on AIM.



These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, and
admission is expected to become effective and dealings commence on Wednesday
10th March 2004.
